JOHNSON COUNTY, Iowa (KCRG) – Former Johnson County Executive Director Guillermo Morales filed a wrongful termination lawsuit this week against the county and supervisors over a year after being fired.
The lawsuit is against Johnson County, Supervisors Rod Sullivan, Lisa Green-Douglass, and former supervisor Royceann Porter. He claims wrongful termination and alleges supervisors partially fired him because he’s a Latino man. He also claims the defendants conspired against him.
