Iowa City crews will begin snow removal in the downtown area at 2 a.m. on Sunday, November 30, 2025. Vehicles parked in tow-away zones will be towed during restricted hours. The affected areas include Prentiss Street to Market Street, Madison Street to Gilbert Street, and North Clinton Street from Market Street to Church Street. Parking is not allowed in these metered spots from 2 a.m. to 6 a.m. Drivers should use parking ramps or permitted on-street spaces outside these zones.
