CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (Iowa’s News Now) — The snow has stopped, but the storm is not fully done with eastern Iowa. Winds have picked up as the system has moved east and has lead to blowing and drifting snow overnight into Sunday morning.
Winds coming in from the northwest will lead to snow drifting on north-south roads and especially open, rural spots.
Tow bans are still in effect for Linn and Cedar counties in eastern Iowa…
