Local shop owners see less turnout during Small Business Saturday as snowstorm hits Iowa

CEDAR RAPIDS, iowa — Local shop owners hope they can make up lost revenue after the record-breaking snowstorm that hit Eastern Iowa during Small Business Saturday this past weekend.

“This historic storm really set our small businesses back,” Mayor Tiffany O’Donnell of Cedar Rapids said.
