The City of Cedar Rapids has opened its Fiscal Year 2027 Budget Survey. Residents are invited to give feedback on city services and programs. The survey began on December 4, 2025. It is available online until 5 p.m. on January 2, 2026. City officials say community input helps set budget priorities and guides spending decisions.
