IOWA CITY, Iowa (KCRG) – An Iowa City woman was charged after police say she stole $1,000 from a dependent adult in her care.
48-year-old Anthia Leuang, of Iowa City, was charged with dependent adult abuse on Friday. She worked as a caregiver at Reach For Your Potential in Iowa City, according to court documents.
