Johnson County supervisors may soon have to run against each other or move

JOHNSON COUNTY, Iowa (KCRG) – Johnson County supervisors may soon have to run against each other or move somewhere else under a new state law that would create districts for some county supervisors.

The county’s supervisors currently run at-large, meaning they can live anywhere in the county and represent the whole county. A new district map would put an end to that system.
