At the end of an abysmal season for Iowa Men’s Basketball last year, the program decided to move on from long-time Head Coach Fran McCaffery.
McCaffery was a breath of fresh air for the program after suffering under former head coach Todd Lickliter, but his firing was a necessary step after multiple poor seasons.
