MARSHALLTOWN, Iowa — A Quebec, Canada man is now charged in connection to a credit card skimming case, accused of putting two skimmers at registers at two Family Dollar stores in Cedar Rapids.
The skimmers were removed on Dec. 2 from registers at 901 First Ave. SW and 1531 32nd St. NE.
