Johnson County Supervisors reject workplace protection resolution

IOWA CITY, Iowa (KCRG) – The Johnson County Board of Supervisors rejected a resolution affirming support for Fourth Amendment protections Thursday morning.

Immigrant advocacy group Escucha Mi Voz says the resolution would protect employees from illegal search and seizure by immigration agents, only allowing arrests to take place if investigators have a warrant.
