MARION, Iowa — The Marion Fire Department will help deliver holiday cheer to area seniors Friday as part of Home Instead Senior Care’s annual “Be a Santa to a Senior” program.
Firefighters will sort and deliver nearly 50 Christmas gift packages to seniors who may not otherwise receive presents during the holiday season. Home Instead partners with local nonprofits and community organizations to identify seniors in need of extra support during the holidays.
