MOUNT VERNON, Iowa — A student at Cornell College in Mount Vernon died in a dorm room, police say.
The student was found a little after 8 p.m. Thursday unconscious and not breathing. First responders pronounced them dead at the scene.
The college identified the student on its website as junior Jacob Redington, saying he “unexpectedly passed away.”…
