CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – The City of Cedar Rapids launched a new snow plow tracking website, allowing residents to monitor road conditions during winter storms.
The program uses online GPS trackers to show routes already traveled by plows and where they will go next. The website displays a visual map where salt has been applied, which main roads have been plowed, and an “All Plow” feature showing plow locations on all streets throughout Cedar Rapids.
