IOWA CITY, Iowa (KCRG) – A former Horace Mann Elementary Before and After School Program employee was arrested Monday, accused of purchasing firearms for himself with the company’s credit card.
The Iowa City Police Department says between October 14 and November 17, Ashley Eastham, 42, from Iowa City, is alleged to have bought more than $5,000 in firearms, ammunition and accessories with his employer’s card.
