MARION, Iowa (KCRG) – Marion police have launched an Operation Quickfind for a 48-year-old man.
Matenga Mulumba was last seen around 10:00 a.m. Monday in the 6000 block of Robin Wood Lane in Marion. That’s near the intersection of US Highway 151 and Highway 13.
