CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – A Linn County pilot program helping people with credit or eviction issues find housing has exceeded its first-year goals.
The Landlord & Tenant Success Initiative pilot program launched in November 2024 with a one-year goal of housing 30 individuals. Officials say it has housed 37 people, with 44 currently enrolled and participating. The program provides 12-month leases along with financial incentives for both landlords and tenants who have struggled with credit or evictions.
