Protesters in Iowa rally against U.S. military actions in Venezuela, urge Congress to act

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — Demonstrators gathered in Cedar Rapids and Iowa City Sunday to protest recent U.S. military actions in Venezuela.

About 20 people attended the rally in Cedar Rapids, organized by the 50501 Iowa Coalition. Roughly 50 people gathered in Iowa City, where the protest was organized by Indivisible Iowa Johnson County.
