CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — Protesters gathered outside of the Cedar Rapids ICE building on Thursday morning over the shooting death of a Minnesota woman.
37-year-old Renee Good was fatally shot by an unidentified ICE officer in a Minneapolis neighborhood Wednesday afternoon.
Echo, an organizer with the 50501 Iowa Coalition , said, “It’s scary times, but it is more important than ever to be visible and to make ourselves big because there are more of us than there are of them. And a thousand little fish can scare away the big fish.”…
