Iowa attorney weighs in on ICE limitations, future of officer who fatally shot Renee Good

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — The fatal shooting of Renee Good by ICE agent Jonathan Ross on Wednesday in Minneapolis is raising questions about what ICE can legally do during operations and whether Minnesota can prosecute the officer.

Ross could face state charges, according to Cedar Rapids-based constitution attorney Dave O’Brien.
