IOWA CITY, Iowa — Local VA workers, veterans, union members, and community advocates held a candlelight vigil Sunday at the Iowa City VA Medical Center to honor Alex Pretti, a VA ICU nurse who was killed by federal agents in Minneapolis on January 24.
