Vintage-Inspired, Full-Service Restaurant Inks Three-Unit Agreement to Bring Brand to the Area
February 03, 2026 // Franchising.com // TAMPA, Fla. – Ford’s Garage – the full-service, 1920s garage-themed burger and craft beer restaurant inspired by the heritage of The Ford Motor Company – is thrilled to announce its official entrance into the Hawkeye state through a new multi-unit development agreement with Quad Assembly LLC, led by franchisee Mike Conatser. The agreement includes plans for three Ford’s Garage locations in the area looking at cities including, Davenport, Iowa City, Cedar Rapids, and Des Moines.
The first Iowa location is expected to open within the next 12 months, with additional restaurants planned to follow over a five-year development timeline.
