CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – A new parking ramp in downtown Cedar Rapids opened to the public Friday.
The five-level structure is located between 1st and 3rd Street SW in the Kingston Village District. It adds 450 new parking spots near Pickle Palace and Big Grove Brewery.
