Eastern Iowa dentist repeatedly overdiagnosed patients

CORALVILLE, Iowa (KCRG) – The Iowa Dental Board sanctioned a dentist it found repeatedly diagnosed patients with severe periodontal disease when they were actually healthy.

In a final order approved in January, the Dental Board accused Jeffrey Rubel of overdiagnosing at least 11 patients.
