CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – The Cedar Rapids Police Department says it has charged a driver after he led officers on a lengthy chase.
Officers say 34-year-old Donald Fritz was driving an SUV pulling a trailer on Old River Road around 1:22 a.m. Tuesday.
