Washington Man Receives Deferred Sentence on Multiple Felony Charges from September Arrest

A Washington man who was arrested on multiple felony charges including weapons violations has received a deferred sentence in a plea agreement.

The Washington Police Department arrested 22-year-old Drake Kron of Washington in December on violation of a no contact order. He had several original charges including: trafficking stolen weapons, a class D felony; a false report to public safety entities, a class D felony; domestic abuse assault with strangulation and assault while displaying a dangerous weapon, both aggravated misdemeanors; and assault causing bodily injury and obstruction of emergency communication to 911, both simple misdemeanors. These charges stem from events that occurred in September of 2025.
