CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – A Cedar Rapids man faces felony charges after allegedly leading officers on a chase that ended in a crash on 1st Avenue.
Dennis Lingo Jr. is charged with assault on a peace officer and eluding while exceeding the speed limit by 25 mph or more.
