Investigators rule cause of deadly Marion house fire undetermined

MARION, Iowa (KCRG) – The cause of a Marion house fire that killed two people earlier this month has been ruled undetermined Monday after investigators found multiple possible ignition sources.

On February 8, fire crews responded to the 200 block of South 11th Street just before 7:00 p.m. Crews arrived to find smoke coming from the house.

Firefighters rescued 62-year-old Ronald Tow and 71-year-old Richard Kjose from the house. Both were taken to local hospitals, where they were pronounced dead…
