UI student pleads guilty in Turning Point table-flipping case, receives deferred judgment

University of Iowa student Niko Calhoon, 19, pled guilty to disorderly conduct and third-degree harassment on March 3 for flipping the UI chapter of Turning Point USA’s table.

According to the criminal disposition, Calhoon was granted a deferred judgment.
