Davenport, Iowa – Strong thunderstorms moving out of central Iowa could reach eastern parts of the state Tuesday evening, bringing the threat of large hail and damaging wind gusts along the busy Interstate 80 corridor from Des Moines to Davenport.
According to the National Weather Service in Des Moines, scattered severe storms may develop after 5 p.m. Tuesday and continue through the overnight hours.
