CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – A man has been charged with a third offense OWI and Reckless Driving after police said he caused a multi-vehicle crash after driving the wrong way in the early morning hours of Saturday.
44-year-old Ronald Donelson entered Interstate 380 driving the wrong way. The accident occurred on the S-curve stretch in northeast Cedar Rapids at about 1:22 a.m.
