MARION, Iowa — A Dubuque County murder suspect was arrested in Marion Thursday night, according to a release from the U.S. Marshals Service.
Latrell Powell-Moore, 18, is now facing first-degree murder charges in the Monday shooting death of Jakory McMillian, 16.
Powell-Moore was arrested in the 1400 block of Meadowview Drive in Marion without incident. He was taken back to Dubuque County…
