Donations Being Accepted for TSA Workers

The Cedar Rapids Gazette reports that the Eastern Iowa Airport is holding a supply drive to support federal workers who are affected by the government shutdown. All physical and monetary donations will go toward TSA workers serving at the airport without pay, due to the ongoing government shutdown. Here is what you can donate to those workers.

  • Non perishable food items
  • household essential items
  • Gift cards (gift cards must not exceed $20 and cannot be VISA)
