CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – A construction project along 1st Street NW under Interstate 380 is nearing completion after more than two years, with some closed portions expected to reopen by the end of the month.
The projects involving E and F Avenues are a combination of several different efforts as part of the city’s work to mitigate future flooding.
