Cedar Rapids home converted to affordable housing duplex

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – A house that sat vacant for nearly 20 years is getting new life as an affordable housing duplex.

St. Paul’s United Methodist Church bought the house in 2008 without planning on anyone living there.
