Cedar Rapids will join more than 1,000 cities worldwide in celebrating Make Music Day on Friday, June 21. The city and the City Music Task Force are hosting this first-ever local version of the global event, inviting musicians and non-musicians of all ages to perform throughout the city.
Performances will pop up at spots like Stack Wellness CafĂ© (223 2nd St SE), Cedar Rapids Public Library (450 5th Ave SE), Kingston Yard (145 3rd Street SW), The Ideal Theater & Bar (213 16th Ave SE), and Mays Island.
