MARION, Iowa (KCRG) – The Marion Chocolate Shop is for sale, and its current owner is looking for someone to carry on a tradition nearly 45 years old.
Ben Davis is the fifth owner of the shop and is approaching five years at the helm. He said a change in his family situation prompted the decision to sell.
“Our family situation has just changed a little bit. So, I don’t feel like that I have the ability to run the shop quite as well as I’d like to anymore. So, we’re just looking for the next person to take the torch and run with it,” Davis said.
