CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — The Cedar Rapids Kernels are offering fans a ticket exchange promotion for chilly April games at the ballpark.
The team announced that if any April home game reaches official length — 4 1/2 innings — and the temperature is below 50 degrees, fans will be eligible for a free ticket exchange.
