Dubuque, Iowa — Jasmine Angelique Cherry, 31, was arrested March 31, 2026, at the Dubuque Law Enforcement Center on a Class D felony charge of making a false report to public safety entities involving a forcible felony, plus a misdemeanor warrant out of jurisdiction.
Cherry (Black female, 5’09”, 240 lbs.) was taken into custody around 5:00 p.m. by Officer B. Lamey after a warrant check.
