CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (IOWA’S NEWS NOW) — The principal of Cedar Rapids Prep has had new harassment charges filed against him – and appears to have lost his job leading the institution itself.
New court records show Justin Blietz, 41, is now facing a new count of third-degree harassment for allegedly making threats over the phone to somebody over a six-week span in January and February. The victim is the same one Blietz is accused of making a death threat against in March, leading to his initial first-degree harassment charge. Blietz allegedly threatened to slit the person’s throat.
Blietz is also no longer listed on the CR Prep website’s Team page. His photo was still on the site as of Wednesday, but had been removed when checked Thursday…
