WATERLOO, Iowa (KCRG) – Without insurance, the average dental appointment can cost up to $300, according to Delta Dental of Iowa. But Thursday, some Cedar Valley kids got that care for free.
For the first time at Hawkeye Community College, kids got their teeth checked and cleaned at no cost.
