NORTH LIBERTY, Iowa — A vehicle fire is blocking part of Interstate 380 northbound near North Liberty.
According to the Iowa Department of Transportation, the right lane is blocked between U.S. Highway 6 and Exit 4 at Penn Street and County Road F28.
