MARION, Iowa (KCRG) – The Marion city council passed new speed limits for cyclists in the city as electric bikes and scooters become more popular.
The limit for riding on sidewalks is 10 mph and on trails it is 20 mph.
People walking the trails in Marion said they see e-bikes all the time, but many of the people who use them drive them too fast…
