CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – A construction project along 1st Street NW under Interstate 380 will open to traffic Friday after more than two years.
The bridges on E and F Avenues will open at noon Friday. The projects are part of the city’s work to mitigate future flooding.
