Marion, Iowa — A 49-year-old Marion man sustained minor injuries Thursday afternoon when he was run over by a Caterpillar D6 bulldozer at the Solid Waste Agency facility.
According to the Linn County Sheriff’s Office, first responders were dispatched at approximately 2:03 p.m. to the accident with injuries at 1954 County Home Road in Marion.
Investigation determined that Darren Breault, 49, of Marion, was standing on one side of a large pile of trash when the bulldozer began pushing the pile from the opposite side. Breault became entangled in the trash and was run over by the equipment…
