IOWA CITY, Iowa (KCRG) – An Iowa City man faces a felony charge following a fight outside a bar last month that put the victim in the ICU.
Johnny Hua, 25, is charged with willful injury – causing serious injury.
The Iowa City Police Department says in a criminal complaint that around 9:26 p.m. on March 7, Hua and the victim were kicked out of a bar at the Pedestrian Mall after getting into an argument. Hua left the bar first, and when the victim come outside, police say Hua threw the victim to the ground. The victim passed out, but police say Hua continued to hit the victim…
