IOWA CITY, Iowa — An Iowa City woman is charged with arson from a Sunday morning fire at Mesquakie Park.
Hailee Weaver, 31, is now charged with first-degree arson.
Online court documents say Weaver was at a wooden shack where someone lives at the park and asked to leave. An hour later she was banging on things outside the residence. Two people inside could smell something burning, left, and saw the shack on fire…
