PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A man is dead after being hit by a pickup truck in Phoenix’s Maryvale community early Monday morning.
Around 5 a.m., first responders were called to the area of 55th Avenue and Encanto Boulevard on a report of a person hit by a car.
A man was taken to the hospital in critical condition before he died from his injuries. He has not yet been publicly identified.
Arizona’s Family crews at the scene saw police speaking with the driver involved, who appeared to be cooperating with officers. Detectives are working to determine what led up to the crash…
