A major 163-acre commercial development is moving forward in the Southeast Valley, bringing a massive new auto mall and a retail power center to a rapidly growing corridor in Mesa.
Scottsdale-based commercial real estate firm Diversified Partners announced it is advancing “Destination at Gateway,” located at the new State Route 24 interchange at Signal Butte Road.
The site work on the west side of Signal Butte Road is currently underway and is expected to wrap up by the third quarter of 2026, according to the company. Off-site improvements on the east side of the road have already been completed…
