Lunch today brought me to Brothers Tacos at Rally at Ethos in Phoenix, and the visit was about more than simply grabbing something to eat. As I get closer to opening The Meltdown, Brothers Tacos has become one of my new neighbors, making it the perfect opportunity to introduce myself the best way I know how by supporting a fellow local business.
