PHOENIX – Peoria City Hall’s front entrance will begin a transformation following the public’s feedback, the city announced on Thursday. The front yard of the city hall will be redeveloped to create a space for community events and public gatherings. To do so, a grassy oval lawn with a berm and a small stage will be installed.
